I received my box and this item and two other items were broken due to not packing properly. I reached out to the owner a couple of weeks ago and never heard anything more other than she would check into it. I have bought several things from this shop and they were beautiful and good quality and packed with protection around fragile items. Very disappointed in this order as I had plans for the Halloween decor to be used soon.
